Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll get an email confirmation right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway - we never see or store your card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it moves to our fulfillment team and changes aren't possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order details and we'll resend it.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD for select pin codes. You'll see this option at checkout if it's available for your location.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment gateways. Your payment details never touch our servers - they go directly to the payment processor.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to check if we deliver to your area.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Remote areas may take 8-10 days. You'll get tracking details once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on your location and order value. Free shipping kicks in on orders above ₹499. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery partners will try to reach you by phone. If you're not available, they'll attempt delivery again or hold the package at a nearby pickup point. Check the tracking details for options.
Do you deliver to my office or a different address?
Yes, you can enter any delivery address at checkout. Just make sure someone's available to receive the package.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Check your tracking details first. If the delivery is delayed beyond the estimated date, contact us with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you get. If a product arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Which items can be returned?
• Damaged or defective planters, stands, and accessories • Wrong items delivered • Products significantly different from what was shown
Which items cannot be returned?
• Plants (since they're living things and their condition can change after delivery) • Fertilizers and soil once opened • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How do I request a return or replacement?
Contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We'll guide you through the next steps.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The money will be credited to your original payment method.
What if my planter arrives broken?
Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and send them to us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund - no questions asked.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. You may need to cover return shipping for non-defective exchanges.
Products & Plant Care
Are your planters suitable for outdoor use?
Most of our terracotta and ceramic planters work great outdoors. Check the product description for specific recommendations. Avoid leaving delicate ceramic planters in harsh weather.
Do your planters have drainage holes?
Most planters come with drainage holes. If a planter doesn't have one, we mention it in the product description. You can also request us to drill a hole before shipping.
What size planter do I need for my plant?
Choose a planter 1-2 inches larger in diameter than your current pot. The product page shows dimensions to help you decide. Not sure? Send us a photo of your plant and we'll suggest the right size.
How do I use marble pebbles?
Place a layer at the bottom of your pot for drainage, or spread them on top of the soil to reduce evaporation, block pests, and add a polished look.
Which fertilizer should I use?
It depends on your plant type. Our neem cake works for most plants. Vermicompost is great for vegetables and flowering plants. Check the product descriptions or our plant care guides for recommendations.
Do you sell live plants?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Right now, we focus on planters, accessories, and everything you need to care for the plants you already have.
How often should I repot my plants?
Most plants need repotting every 1-2 years when they outgrow their current pot. Signs include roots growing out of drainage holes or the plant drying out too quickly after watering.
Do you offer plant care guides?
Yes! Check our blog and social media for care tips, repotting guides, pest solutions, and styling ideas. If you need help with a specific plant, reach out - we're always happy to help.
Account & Membership
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account makes future orders faster and lets you track your order history.
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" at the top of the page, enter your email and create a password. You can also sign up during checkout.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account, go to "My Profile," and update your details. Don't forget to save your changes.
Can I save multiple delivery addresses?
Yes, you can add and save multiple addresses in your account for faster checkout.
Offers & Discounts
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the "Promo Code" box at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will show up before you complete payment.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, only one discount code can be used per order.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Check if the code has expired, if there's a minimum order value, or if it applies to the items in your cart. Still having trouble? Contact us and we'll help.
How do I stay updated on new offers?

Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. We're online-only for now, which helps us keep prices honest and reach plant lovers across India.
Can I buy in bulk for my office or event?
Absolutely. Drop us an email with your requirements and we'll send you a custom quote.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, for a small fee. Select the gift wrapping option at checkout and add a personalized message if you'd like.
How do I write a review?
